Once your file is updated with the property details and all information is confirmed, it’s submitted to the lender for review and approval. Most lenders respond within 2–3 business days, and we’ll let you know the expected turnaround time for your specific lender as soon as it’s submitted.

We’ll connect with you to review any additional documents needed and go over the details of your offer. When the lender issues the commitment, you’ll sign the document, and from there you can speak with your Realtor about removing your financing condition (if applicable).
