We've provided your mortgage instructions to your lawyer.  They will take it from here and take care of their own conditions, necessary searches and preparation of the mortgage.  They will contact you to set up a signing appointment, typically in the last week before the mortgage closes.

When you attend this appointment you will want to make sure you have valid government issued Photo-ID, a void cheque for the mortgage payments, property insurance with your lender named as the first payee, as well as anything else required by the lawyer (included your funds to close)
