After updating your file with the property information and updating all information, your file is submitted to a lender for review and approval.  You can expect to receive a response within 2-3 business days; however, we will advise on your specific lenders turnaround time once submitted.

We will reach out to discuss any additional documents required, and the details of the offer.  Once I receive the lender commitment, you'll sign the document and you can discuss removing the financing condition (if you have one) with your Realtor.
