The Mortgage Foundations 'Independant Contractor Agreement' (aka contract) will be in place in order to protect the interests of both the brokerage and the agents/brokers contracted within.  The contract outlines the obligations and responsibilities of the brokerage and the agents/brokers as well as clearly outline the relationship between the parties in order to ensure tax regulations are properly followed for both parties.  The contract clearly outlines the agents/brokers commission split and explains how the parties will be paid following a successfully 'closed' deal.

The Mortgage Foundations contract is non-restrictive and allows for a seamless transition away from the brokerage if either the agent or the brokerage decides that Mortgage Foundations is not the proper fit and a change is required.  We simply ask for 30 days notice in order to properly prepare and arrange for the opening in our roster.  See below for section '1.2' from our contract; which outlines the ways in which termination can occur.
