Year 2
An industry exclusive 40% discount on your annual Purview for Mortgage Brokers subscription, which is equal to $300 for 50 reports

After you have taken advantage of the benfits of the New Agent Priority Package, you can continue on with your base Purview subscription of 10 reports for $100, or, take advantage of the Centum network discount of 20% off of the full Purview subscription.

Property Financing Sheet Generator!


This fully customizable and branded 'Property Financing Sheet' can be set to up to 4 different scenarios and presented to clients, or at open houses to provide on the spot information.  Once onboarded with Mortgage Foundations, you will receive a link where you can customize and prepare the 'Property Financing Sheet' before sending it out, along with a pdf version.


​The 'Mortgage Feature Sheet' can be printed off and given to Realtors at their open houses.  This 'foot in the door' will set you apart from other Mortgage Agents and Brokers and open conversation directly with the showing Realtor at the open house.  You can even link one of the listing photos directly to the sheet in order to personalize the sheet to the property.


The 'Mortgage Journey Map' drills down on the details of the mortgage and presents clients with the structure of each scenario, including what the mortgage balance will be at the end of the term, the difference in interest cost, the difference in principal payments and the difference in payments overall.


The 'Total Monthly Cost Sheet' can be set with accurate property information to give clients a clear picture of what to expect with their mortgage and monthly costs.  This page also presents the interest cost in a graph so the client can clearly see how much of their payments will go towards interest in each scenario.
